The M14 is made with a glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame. It weighs 206 grams and has dimensions of 166.8 x 77.2 x 9.4 mm.
Display
The Galaxy M14 houses a 6.6-inch PLS LCD panel with an Infinity-V notch design. It offers an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The display improves what the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy M13 offered.
Camera
On the front, the Galaxy M14 features a 13-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera setup of the device has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The primary camera on the back is capable of shooting Full HD videos at 30 fps.
Performance
Under the hood, the M14 features a 2.4GHz octa-core processor. In all likelihood, it is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 1330, which also powers the A14.
