We are located at Kimathi House, 1st floor, Room 106, Nairobi. We are open from 8:30am to 6:30PM Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Public Holidays: 9:00am - 4:30PM.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery cost depends on your location and size of the package, they generally range from Kes.200 - 800. Delivery time within Nairobi ranges from 1-3hrs depending on location. We do next day delivery to towns and cities out of Nairobi if delivery is Overnight through Couriers like Wells Fargo and G4S. Same day delivery is possible to nearby towns and cities like Nakuru via Matatu Couriers for orders done in the morning hours
What warranty comes with my device?
Warranty period and and coverage vary by product and stock variant. They generally range from 6 - 25 months and cover manufacturer's defects. It doesn't cover physical and user damage.
