Can I Return a Purchased Item?

You can return a purchased item only if it was already damaged when you bought it. Phones & Tablets Kenya will not accept the return of bought items if they are damaged by the client. To avoid misunderstandings, please check the purchased item before leaving with it.

Do your products have a warranty?

All our products come with a warranty. Warranties range from 3 months to 2 years depending on the product and brand.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover problems caused by the user. These include Physical and liquid damage. Example: In case you drop a product purchased from us and it refuses to turn on. Broken screen. Liquid damage. Warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by user negligence.

Can I Do an Exchange or Sell to you?

No. We don’t do trade-ins or exchanges.

Are your products Genuine (Original)?

Phones&Tablets Kenya deals only with genuine products. We have a Zero tolerance policy on counterfeit products, so feel confident as you shop with us.

Do you ship out of Nairobi?

Yes, we do next day delivery to all towns within Kenya through, Wells Fargo, G4S, and Bus courier services.
